Problem

Freshservice is an internal ticketing system where employees can request hardware or software items. The system receives a large number of tickets daily from employees across different departments, especially for common issues like WiFi or printer problems. As more tickets come in, manually assigning each ticket to the correct person becomes challenging. This manual process is time-consuming and repetitive.

Solution

The Workflow Automator is a simple drag-and-drop tool that helps you create and manage automated workflows. Users can easily set up automations by dragging three basic elements: Events (what triggers the automation), Conditions (what rules to check), and Actions (what happens as a result). The tool shows you a clear overview of your entire workflow, making it easy to understand the process at a glance. This helps save time by automating repetitive tasks, letting you work more efficiently.
